3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Creator, Pro) with different features and credit allocations. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4.3 Credits and Usage

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of content credits per platform. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

4.4 Refunds

Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate or deceive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that impersonates others without authorization
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (input content, writing samples, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is yours to use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and doesn't infringe third-party rights.

6.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology (including Writing Style algorithms), are owned by Kontent Book and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Kontent Book is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing
• We do not guarantee specific results or engagement outcomes
• Generated content should not be considered professional advice
• You should verify facts and claims in generated content

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, newsletter services). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONTENT BOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content
• Actions taken based on generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your account data after the 30-day period

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
